• The Supreme Court of Nevada issued a few interesting opinions yesterday--one extending Nevada's wiretap law to cell phones; another about offers of judgment; another one holding that parents can still be negligent even when there is a court appointed guardian, and finally one reminding lawyers that you need to make sure you are getting electronically served emails and checking the status of your case online, because the Court is not going to buy your excuses.
